- Hilal Bin Dhaher has served as a member of EGA’s Human Capital Committee since 2017 and was appointed to the Board in August 2020.
Mr Bin Dhaher was a BD Memberof Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL) from 2003 to 2014 and Emirates Aluminium (EMAL) from 2007 to 2014.
Mr. Bin Dhaher is a hands-on executive with more than 35 years of professional management experience in different industries including one of the world’s leading international financial institutions, Citibank NA. He participated in strategic planning and achieved success in delivering sustainable revenue and profit gains. He is a dynamic entrepreneur with an extensive background in corporate and consumer banking as well as outsourcing services.
Mr Bin Dhaher has also served as a BD Memberat many different government and non-government organizations including the UAE Central Bank, Stocks & Commodity Authority and Majid Al Futtaim. He is currently also a BD Memberat Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA).
