On 2023 08 30 HENSOLDT and ERA announced a strategic partnership to jointly offer the VERA NG passive surveillance system combined with HENSOLDT’s Passive Radar Twinvis technology to the German Luftwaffe and develop integrated air surveillance and air defence infrastructure solutions.
On 2023 11 27 HENSOLDT announced cooperation with RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems to further develop its Kalaetron Attack jamming system for naval vessels, offering an electronic countermeasures solution based on RAFAEL’s Digital Shark ECM and C GEM decoy for the German Navy.
The appointment and employment contract of Thomas Mueller as a member of the Management Board of HENSOLDT AG were terminated prematurely by mutual agreement effective 2024 03 31, as recorded in the company’s governance disclosures.
